Hemingway is a male Ragdoll stud with icy blue eyes. He is a polydactyl on all four feet. He is white with lilac ears, and has a lilac lynx point bushy tail. He is a big cat, and his kittens get even bigger than him, Before he reached puberty, he use to lay in my arms on his back (like a baby) and he would give me kisses. He used to see me from across the room and as soon as I sat down, he would run and jump in my lap so I could flop him over on his back like a baby. He would just sleep in my arms while I patted his back, and rocked him back n forth and watched tv.

Below is a video of when Hemingway was a teenager. This was before he reached puberty and began mating. After he began mating, Hemingway developed a spraying problem. Spraying urine is what cats do to attract a female. It has a very strong odor because it contains testosterone and other pheromones, I guess. So sadly, I had to move my baby to an outside catio, where he now resides. He can spray all he wants out there. Keep in mind, this only occurs with breeding males and not to your young male kitten. The key is to have your kitten neutered before he reaches puberty, which is at about 1 year old. Especially if your male is going to be within a mile of a female cat in heat. I recommend spay and neutering surgery at the age of 6 months just to be safe. The last thing you want is to watch your baby turn from a sweet playful innocent cat into a Mr Macho Tough Guy that sprays everywhere. Yes, their behavior can change, too, if not neutered.
Now, Hemingway is officially a STUD. He paces back and forth like a white lion in his catio. He can shoot spray 6 feet outside of his catio. He will pounce on top of a female cat within seconds of her arrival. He calms down a bit when there are no female cats in heat anywhere near our home. He can turn back into his old self at times, and I love those moments with him. Otherwise, it's just a one track mind... women women women... is all he thinks about. Hemingway is a big beautiful stud. I bought him two new Ragdoll girlfriends, Regina George and Clarke. Plus he has his old girlfriend, Camilla, still. Lol.
