Tuggy is a cream point Himalayan Persian. He has blue eyes.
He purrs all the time when you hold him and lays his head on your shoulder. Tuggy emits a calming energy. As soon as I pick him up, he melts into my arms. Absolutely the Sweetest cat here. He sticks his tongue out sometimes, which is so adorable. He loves eye contact and will tilt his head and stare into yours eyes. He's a dreamboat.
