Why can't I check out through this website?
This website is used for display purposes only. I have my kittens marked at 1 cent to keep people from trying to check out through this website. (We have had people using stolen credit card numbers, so no more checking out through this website.)
What payment methods do you use to reserve a kitten?
If you want to reserve a kitten, (who is not ready to leave), you must use Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle to pay the $100 or $200 deposit. Contact me for that info. I will not post it on here. If a kitten is ready to leave, you can just come over and buy it without reserving. If you are purchasing a "ready to leave" kitten, then please pay in cash. If you are picking up your "reserved" kitten, then please pay the remaining balance in cash. Venmo, etc, is used for reserving kittens from my website. (as in you pay a $100 deposit for me to hold the kitten for you).
Do you ship or deliver kittens?
No. I do not ship kittens. However, in the past, customers have arranged for a pet transporter service to ship their kittens to them. I do not deliver kittens, or meet half way. If you want to buy a kitten (who "is" ready to leave), you must do it -in person, at my address. You will need to contact me for an appointment.
I find it comical when someone in Georgetown, Tx wants me to meet them half way to get their kitten, because it is "too far". I have had people fly in from California, New York..... & drive all the way here from Las Vegas, Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, etc. But you can't drive here from Georgetown on the tolls, which is a straight shot to me?

Why can't I come over and view the kitten before reserving it?
To answer in short, I only have time to see you once, and that is when you are taking your kitten home. Even if a kitten is ready to leave, and you come over to my house and view it. Do not try to come see the kitten and only reserve it. I hate this. They'll say "Well, Amy we are going out of town" or "Well Amy we don't have all of it's stuff yet". "Can we come back on Wednesday at annoying o'clock and interrupt your entire day once again to pick him up?" No please. Don't do this. Keep in mind, I only have time to see you once, and that is when you are picking up your kitten to take it home.
Why do you only accept cash when picking up a kitten?
Paying the remaining balance for your kitten with CASH is VERY important. You think your Venmo or Zelle is going to work. However, I have stood out in the sun for an hour just waiting for a customer to figure out why their Venmo suddenly won't work. You would be amazed at how many times this has happened over the years. This is a large amount to pay over Venmo. There's fees involved. It's just more fair to me if you pay cash. Now, I can understand if it's a spur of the moment purchase. However, if you have pre-reserved a kitten and you have already had weeks and weeks to prepare for your pick up day, then you should have already gotten the cash out of the bank, ready to pay. I mean, that's just my opinion.
Why was my deposit returned to me?
This probably means that you have gotten on my last nerve. If you reserve a kitten, please do not keep asking me for pictures and videos all the time. There's always that one person every month that just bugs and bugs me for pictures. Question after question. Often times i will refund their deposit just to get them off my back. I'm like a pressure cooker trying to get everything done over here, and a customer who asks me for pictures every day is just annoying and stressful. I will refund your deposit and refuse to do business with you. Trust me, it happens a lot.
How many kittens can i view on my visit?
If you are wanting to look at more than one (ready-to-leave) kitten, I can show you up to 3 on my porch. So, let me know the names of the kittens you are MOST wanting to view, before coming. Meetings will be held on my porch, and I am not taking a whole slew load of kittens out there to show you, in the heat. I do not show kittens who are not ready to leave.
Are children allowed to come when picking up the kitten?
Yes, but I do not allow children to hold kittens anymore until after purchasing and you are safe back in your car. We have had a child drop a kitten, and the kitten ran away. Remember these viewings take place on my front porch. (Hopefully, someday we will get it screened in, but until that time, no more children holding kittens. It makes me a nervous wreck.) Love it when kids come, but I need you, the parent, to ...you know... tell your kid no. Don't make me have to do it.
What if I can't pick up my kitten on it's pick up date?
Make sure you are able to pick your kitten up on or around it's pick up dates, or do not reserve it. I am getting WAY too many people who are suddenly going on a 2 week vacation when it's time for their kitten to be picked up, and asking if they can pick up their kitten 2 weeks later. This causes havoc to my system and flow. I'm not saying I don't believe them because they read something on the internet about a kitten staying with it's mom until whenever. But, I'm just saying a lot of people are giving me the old "oops gotta go on vacation -excuse". So do not reserve a kitten if you cannot agree to it's pick up date, in the first place. mm kay? Your kitten is not going to be with it's mom, because it will be drinking sour milk from a cat that has gone into heat again. If you cannot pick it up within a week of it's pick up date (which is written on it's profile page), then you will need to pay me in full for the kitten before I hold it any longer. Even still, the "new" pick up date should be in sight. There are plenty of breeders who like to sell teenage kittens, so go shop with them, instead, if that's your thing.
Can I show up anytime I want on "pickup day" to pick up my kitten?
This is my biggest pet peeve. This ain't craigslist going to buy a guitar. You make an appointment with me, and I expect you to stick to it. When picking up your kitten, BE ON TIME !!!! If you want to stop at a restaurant or a pet store along the way, then leave earlier. When I ask you what time you want to come, and you say "I'll be there at noon". I actually believe what you tell me!!! I then schedule ALL my plans around YOU because YOU are coming at noon, as in 12 oclock. So treat it like an actual appointment. (If I could get that sentence in a blinking neon sign, I would). I understand if you are 10 or 20 minutes late, due to traffic, but some people are showing up like 1 and 2 hours late. Like, "...yeah Sorry running a little behind ..gps says I'll be there at 5pm." I'm like, I thought we agreed upon noon? See? This is unacceptable, and very disrespectful to me, your kitten, my time, and my family's plans.
Why don't you answer the phone?
I usually do not answer phone calls because some people are lonely and they want to chat my ear off about every cat they ever had, etc etc.. It's best if you text or email me, or even just leave a voicemail. If you need to know that I am real, I can text you video clips mentioning your name or we can think of something, together. Trust me, a lot of people end up coming to me after being ripped off on the internet. I've heard horror stories from my customers, losing up to $1500 and the scammers are still asking them to send more money for their kitten's airplane ride. I would say "How could you be so naive?" but I am hearing that these scammers are smooth operators. Just remember, I will not ask you for any money (except a $100 deposit to reserve / if you're wanting me to hold a kitten for you) and you will not pay me anything else until you are standing in front of me and your new kitten, here at my home. Look up my address at the bottom of this page. Look up my reviews on Google.
Will my kitten get all of it's shots before i pick it up?
Each kitten will come dewormed and vaccinated with their first round of kitten shots, before leaving. They will not be spayed or neutered. They will only be old enough for their first round of "kitten shots" which is a 3-way combination vaccine that protects against feline rhinotracheitis, feline calicivirus, and feline panleukopenia. The second round of "kitten shots" (or booster) should be given by your own vet when the kitten reaches 12 weeks old. We do not give rabies shots, nor do we spay/neuter them. That will be up to you to have done by your own vet.
Are your kittens registered with cfa or tica, etc?
No. None of my cats are registered with any cat clubs. I have no desire to do so, either. If that's your cup of tea, then shop elsewhere.
Will my kitten be litter box trained when i pick it up?
Yes. I litter box train all of my kittens. They are all kept indoors and expected to be sold to "indoor only" homes. However, they are trained in a one room (playroom), so keep that in mind when you take your kitten home to your big mansion. These kittens are not used to roaming through the entire house, yet. Therefore, maybe consider setting them up a designated living space for their first week, such as a laundry room or bathroom or big closet. Also, consider the stature of your kitten. Do not expect your tiny kitten to use a litter robot right away. They will have to grow in to larger litter boxes. So make sure they have a litter box ready that they can hop into without any problems.
what do i feed my kitten?
You can switch your kitten to any fancy food you want. However, it is important to know what they have been weaned on here. That way you can transition them over slowly to your favorite brand. The majority of my kittens here eat Purina One Healthy Kitten dry kibble. Why? Because through the years, I have found that the kittens digest this the best. They like how it tastes, so they are more apt to learn to crunch and eat on their own. Sometimes the kittens get weaned on an ALL Life Stages food which the parent eats, and this is only because I catch them stealing their parents food, and they get used to it. I will not state the brand here because I do not want it to start selling out or becoming hard for me to find. But if you buy a kitten here, and it happens to have been weaned on this particular food, then I will give you the brand, so you can buy it ... if you so choose.
How old will my kitten be when i pick it up?
Most kittens go home at the age of 8 weeks. Sometimes if they turn 8 weeks on a Tuesday, I let you go ahead and pick them up the Saturday before. Not a big deal. But the majority leave at 8 weeks old. If you are one that wants your kitten to stay with it's mom until they are a teenager, then you may want to shop elsewhere. I do not want to keep your kitten here based on your opinion of when you think it should leave. If you can't pick up your kitten around 8 weeks old (give or take a week), then do not reserve a kitten from me. There are things going on behind the scenes that you don't know about. I'm glad you read an article on the internet or sought indoctrinated professional advice, but here, they leave the mom around 8 weeks.
Why? We have a lot of male spraying cats that live here. They are my stud cats. The mama cat can smell this cologne they are giving off from very far away. When the kitten reaches 8 weeks or so old, the mama cat (smelling that sexy cologne in the air) goes into heat again. This "heat cycle" causes her hormones in her body to make her milk yucky. SO what you get is a bunch of kittens puking white cottage cheese (curdled milk) all over the floor, and a mama cat "calling" real loud through out the house. Hate to be gross, but hey, you wanted to know.

Why is the deposit nonrefundable?
The kitten is sold through website exposure throughout the land. If a kitten is marked RESERVED on my website during their entire peak exposure time, which is between (5 and 7 weeks old), then you, reserving the said kitten, have caused other potential customers who may have reserved/bought the kitten, to disregard it for several weeks. (Because it had showed that it was already reserved). So, no! I will not refund your deposit because you just up and decided ...hmm... you know what... I don't think I'm going to get a kitten after all. Well. Thanks for letting me know, but you forfeit your deposit. So the moral of the story is... Do not reserve a kitten unless you are very serious about adopting it.
Will you pay for my vet costs after i pick up my kitten?
Go look up that song by Bishop Bullwinkle
Where are you located?
I am located 14 miles past the Circuit of America's Racetrack in Cedar Creek, TX, or 20 minutes down FM 812, behind the Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Refer to the map on the bottom of the home page.
Can I bring my kitten back?
Nope. Owning a kitten is not like having a cute stuffed animal or an adorable robot. When you purchase a kitten from me, you take over full responsibility for a living being, and it is up to you to care for it. Just like babies, kittens need to learn, grow and develop. They are not just going to automatically know things that you know, like that couch cost $10,000, or the litter box is located around the corner to the left, through the red door. You will need to exercise patience and determination. Do not just throw your hands up after the first problem arises, and try to bring it back to me. If you do not request any money returned to you, then and only then will I take the kitten back. For example, I had one lady crying how her furniture and carpet does not go well with the kitten, and she just wanted to bring it back to me without any money back. I was like... "Okay! c'mon Ms. money bags, I'm available all day". But anyways, remember that... All sales are final.
Are you a siri for life?
No. While I don't mind helping you out with advice a little at first, please do not use me every time you have a question about your kitten/cat throughout it's life. There's Google search and then there's your own veterinarian that you need to start reaching out to.
