Noticing stuff

Just noticing that customers who pay more for kittens are always on time and very responsible. I remember back when I first started breeding, and I sold very low priced kittens. Customers would run all over me, back then. They would show up 2 hours late, and say they got lost. They would always have an excuse for being late, like all nonchalant ...without a care in the world. It just didn't bother them at all that they had an appointment for 6:30, yet showed up at 8:30.
